The number of facilities requiring this type of vendor validation is steadily on the rise as a result of the recommended policies set by such organizations as JCAHO, AORN, ACS, HIPAA, and the CDC. We commit to keeping each vendor's credentials on file in our secure database but still provide easy access to all healthcare facilities. This solution alleviates the need for vendor's to manage and present credentialing documents at each facility.  It also alleviates the burden on facilities to confirm the validity of the required credentials. All each vendor will need will be a valid driver's license.  Our scanner will then use the government issued identification to locate the vendor on our system.
